PRINT SERVICES NO CURRENT OPENINGS SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE/BUYER DEPARTMENT Part Time Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Clerk We have an immediate opening for a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Sales Clerk. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, answering phones, mail and running errands throughout the building. Ideal candidate must have performed data entry in previous work experience. Must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, and good phone etiquette. Hours are Monday - Friday between 5am to 5pm. Part-Time positions will only work 32 hours. Starting Pay $8.00 TRANSPORTATION Router - Houston, Texas Candidate will be responsible for routing truck that are outbound, maintain route files, and listing of loads. Also, will be responsible to report activities of each day to the Routing Manager. Will be responsible to interact with drivers and employees at different levels. Also responsible for answering phones, reviewing equipment needs, logging drivers and checking driver’s paperwork. Ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast pace working environment. Excellent customer service. Bilingual is a plus. Hours are 8:30 am until completion. Monday - Friday. Senior Analyst, Corporate Process Improvement, Technology and Supply Chain - Houston, Texas We have an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Corporate Process Improvement, Technology and Supply Chain; candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management to identify and evaluate improvement opportunities for systems and processes. Design and develop models and analytical reports to evaluate and track current state operations and simulate future state operations to identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement best practice systems and processes to optimize operations. Manage project budget. Lead a cross-functional team to manage the project according to an established timeline. Be familiar with the various Federal and International compliance requirements and design and implement systems and processes to ensure compliance. Gather data from various sources and build an analytics / reporting database as and when required for special projects. Transportation Manager – Dallas, Texas We have an immediate opening for a Transportation Manager; candidate will be responsible for managing staff and monitoring performance. Resolve disciplinary issues as needed. Management duties include a supervisor and clerical employees. Responsible for daily dispatch operations of approximately 1,000 outbound loads weekly and internal moves weekly. Responsible for daily dispatch operations of backhauls; ensure on time dispatch and oversee driver force of 350 employees. Candidate will be responsible for Profit and Loss of department. Candidate must be able to multitask, organize people, and processes. Previous traffic experience in the food industry is a plus. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and internal/external customers. Traffic Manager – Dallas, Texas We have an immediate opening for a Traffic Manager; candidate will be responsible for securing and maintaining inbound freight for in-house fleet. Management duties include sales staff, rate coordinator supervisor, and clerical staff. Candidate will be responsible for Profit and Loss of department. EXPERIENCED DRIVERS
Applicants must have CDL A license and a good driving record. The work schedule includes weekends, holidays and nights. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
Selectors - Travels entire warehouse on double pallet jack picking up individual cases and stacking them on a pallet. The employee is required to lift one to seventy-five pound cases throughout the day.
Fork-lift Operator - Uses Stand up fork-lift to move pallets from the receiving dock to a warehouse storage area. Also, to move pallets from a reserve position to a pick position. Must have stand up fork-lift experience.
Unloaders - Employee is required to unload product from trailer, either by hand or with battery powered equipment. Experience with battery powered equipment is a plus.
Sanitation - Employee is required to do on hands clean up assigned areas. Employee will be required to use battery powered equipment regularly.
Auditors - Employee uses computer generated documents to check the accuracy of selected pallets of product. Employee must check the quality, quantity and type of product selected. Must have basic math and reading skills, must be detail oriented.
Inventory Control Clerks - Employee is required to use computer system for inquiry and data entry. Employee will research inventory overages and shortages within the warehouse. Must have good communication and problem solving skills, and be detail oriented. Some computer skills are needed.
